1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cardies mobile application. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Cardies is a digital wallet application that allows you to store and organize your membership cards, loyalty cards, gift cards, and other similar cards on your mobile device. The App provides features including:

• Barcode scanning and storage
• Card organization and categorization
• iCloud synchronization across devices
• Apple Watch companion app
• Apple Wallet pass generation (premium feature)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the App to store counterfeit or fraudulent cards
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Maintain the security of your device and iCloud account

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cardies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Store logos and brand names displayed in the App belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

5. Premium Features

Cardies offers a premium upgrade as a one-time in-app purchase. Premium features include:

• Unlimited card storage (free tier limited to 3 cards)
• Apple Wallet pass generation

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your card data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. We do not have access to your cards or personal information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of stored cards at retail locations, including but not limited to cards not scanning properly or being rejected by merchants.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
